Greetings in St. La Salle!

Please be informed that the Academic transactions and stay at DLSMHSI facilities shall now be in full capacity (should be based on the number of actual capacities after the retrofitting of the aforementioned facilities) taking into consideration the office hours observed of the offices/facilities concerned and following all protocols and safety guidelines set by the IATF, LGU, DOH, and the Institute and compliance with the appointment system.  However, as regards face-to-face classes, we shall still follow the limited engagements as arranged and scheduled by the deans and directors concerned.

Furthermore, kindly take note of the following:

• Only those FULLY VACCINATED INDIVIDUALS shall be allowed to stay in the Institute’s facilities.
• All Deans and Directors and Unit heads shall be responsible for the strict implementation of WEARING OF MASKS IN THE WORKPLACE and OTHER FACILITIES AT ALL TIMES.
• If our employees/patrons have symptoms, they should be advised to STAY HOME.
• Everyone should be reminded that COMMUNAL EATING is the number one cause of COVID-19 infections.
